激酶抑制剂的应用与合成方法研究进展

摘要

Rho激酶在细胞的活动中扮演一个重要的角色,故此在相关疾病的治疗中被认为是一个重要的靶点.经研究发现Rho激酶抑制剂可以广泛的应用于多种疾病的治疗,例如尘肺病、高血压等,已经逐渐成为新药的研究热点.本文对近年来Rho激酶抑制剂的应用与合成方法进行了综述.%Rho kinase plays an important role in cell activity, and is considered as an important target in the treatment of related diseases. Therefore, Rho kinase inhibitors can be widely used in the treat-ment of many diseases, such as pneumoconiosis, hypertension and so on, to gradually become the re-search focus of new drugs. The application and synthesis methods of Rho kinase inhibitors in recent years are reviewed in this paper.
