将经超声波处理的多壁碳纳米管液滴涂于碳糊电极上制成修饰电极(MWNTs/CPE).应用循环伏安法研究了酪氨酸(Tyr)在修饰电极上的电化学行为.测定结果表明,酪氨酸在3.5×10<'-6>~2.0×10<'-3>moL/L浓度范围内与峰电流成良好的线性关系.回归方程为Ip(μA)=0.058c(μmol/L)+5.215,相关系数为r=0.9992(n=7),检出下限为3.2×10<'-7>mol/L(S/N=3).该修饰电极可应用于人尿中酪氨酸的测定.%A multi- walled carbon nanotube modified carbon paste electrode (MWNTs/CPE) was prepared by dropping droplets of multi -walled carbon nanotube solution which was treated with ultrasonic wave on a bare carbon paste electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of Tyrosine at this modified electrode were studied using cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results indicated that the oxidation peak current showed a good linear relationship with Tyrosine concentration in the range of 3.5 × 10-6 ~ 2. 0 × 10-3 mol/L. The regression equation was Ip (μA) = 0. 058C( μ mol/L) +5. 215, correlation coefficient r = 0. 9992, and the detection limit was 3.2 × 10-7mol/L(S/N = 3). The modified electrode was be applied to the determination of tyrosine in human urine.
