In this patent, a simple method for direct quantitative determination of L-tyrosine is proposed. The electrochemical behavior of L-tyrosine was studied by modifying the wire mesh carbon electrode (ECS) with aluminum doped copper selenide nanoparticles (alcuse NPs)Cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry were used Lenanos particles ("Al cuse NPs") are characterized by X-ray diffraction (DRX) and scanning electron microscopy (MEB). The results show that Al cuse NPs / spce has high electrocatalytic activity and good perfluorooctane sulfonic acid.The analytical error for oxidation of L-tyrosine was determined. The linear range of L-tyrosine was 0.15-10 μ m, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9974. The detection limit of analyte is 0.04 μ M. this new method for the determination of L-tyrosine in drug samples shows good reproducibility.High sensitivity and selectivity.
