2-(2-烷氧基苯基)-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑的合成及抗菌活性研究

         

摘要

An efficient alkylation of phenols in salicylic acid with allyl or benzyl halides in the presence of the tetrabutylphosphoni-um hydroxide as a phase transfer catalyst under ultrasound irradiation was reported,which would be utilized to further react with aryl carboxylic acid hydrazides in the presence of silica gel supported propylphosphonic anhydride under microwave irradiation for the synthesis of 2-(2-alkoxy) phenyl-5-aryl-l,3,4-oxadiazoles. Structures of the corresponding products were elucidated by IR and 1 HNMR spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay results showed that the target compounds had relatively antibacterial activity.%以等摩尔的水杨酸和烯丙基(苄基)溴为原料,四丁基氢氧化磷为相转移催化剂,超声辅助条件下高选择性制得水杨酸的醚化产物;再以含醚水杨酸和芳香肼为原料,硅胶负载丙基磷酸环酐为脱水剂,微波辐射辅助下制备得到含有烯丙基(苄基)醚结构的2-(2-烷氧基苯基)-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物,通过元素分析,IR和1 HNMR等测试技术对结构进行表征确证;在此基础上,就该类化合物的抑菌活性进行初步测试,结果表明目标产物具有一定的抗菌活性。
