高效液相色谱法测定奶粉中双氰胺

摘要

本文采用高效液相色谱法测定奶粉中的双氰胺，以乙酸铵-乙腈为流动相。实际样品的方法重现性良好，回收率在96.8%~97.2%之间，相对标准偏差在1%以下，此法简单、易操作，可用于奶粉中双氰胺的检测。%A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of Cyanoguanidine in milk powder was developed with Ammonium acetate - acetonitril as mobile phase. The recovery rate was 96. 8%~97. 2% and the relative standard deviation was low . The method was simple and sensitive, which was suitable for the determination of Cyanoguanidine in milk powder.
