气相色谱-加速溶剂萃取法测定油墨中的7种多氯联苯

             

摘要

Gas chromatography method was set up for determining polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in ink products. With the accelerated solvent extraction method as sample pretreatment, the internal standard addition method was used to test the content of PCBs in the ink products by gas chromatography. The experiment was used to optimize the solvent and time of extraction. Moreover, the proof test was taken by test of 7 common PCBs in the ink sample. Under the optimum conditions, the mean recoveries of PCBs in blank sample varied from 91.0% to 97.6%, the relative standard deviations of the determination results were from 5.1% to 8.3%(n=6), and the limit of quantitative (LOQ) of this method were less than 0.03 mg/kg. This method can be applied to determine PCBs in ink, and it is easy to operate with short test time. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity and reproducibility.%建立了测定油墨中多氯联苯含量的气相色谱法.使用加速溶剂萃取法进行样品前处理,对加速萃取溶剂、萃取时间进行了优化,采用内标法定量,并对油墨样品中7种常见的多氯联苯物质含量进行了验证试验.结果表明,该方法回收率为91.0%~97.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为5.1%~8.3%(n=6),定量限为0.03 mg/kg.该方法易于操作,实验时间短,灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于油墨样品中多氯联苯含量的测定.
