This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding 500 mg/t of emulsifiers in rice bran oil diet on broiler performance ,slaughter performance and apparent nutrient utilization .Single factor test fully randomized experimental design ,the AA 288 one-day-old males were randomly divided into 4 groups ,each six replicates of 12 birds .The results showed that the addition of emulsifier increased the weight of poultry from 1 to 21 days and 1 to 42 days (P<0.05) ,and decreased the feed conversion ratio (P<0.01) .The apparent use rate of crude protein (P<0.01) ,and the dry matter(P<0.05) ,energy (P<0.01) ,crude fat (P<0.05) ,the apparent utilization of crude protein (P<0.01) were increased .The emulsifier had no significant effect on the slaughter performance of broilers .%研究在肉鸡米糠油日粮中添加500 mg/t乳化剂对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及养分表观利用率的影响.采用单因子完全随机分组试验设计,将288只1日龄A A肉鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡.结果表明:添加乳化剂提高了肉鸡1~21 d和1~42 d的体重(P<0.05),降低了料肉比(P<0.05);提高了肉鸡前期干物质(P<0.01)、能量(P<0.01)、粗蛋白质(P<0.01)的表观利用率;也提高了肉鸡后期干物质(P<0.05)、能量(P<0.01)、粗脂肪(P<0.05)粗蛋白质(P<0.01)的表观利用率.乳化剂的添加对肉鸡屠宰性能没有显著影响.
