日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂对黄羽肉鸡生长性能及养分利用率的影响

     

摘要

This study was designed to investigate the effects of bacillus preparation on growth performance and nutrients availability of yellow broilers. Three hundred and seventy five 7-d-old yellow broiler chicks were randomly assigned to 5 groups for 7 wk. Group I was fed control diet, and Bacillus prepara-tions( comprising Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis containing 2 X 1010 cfu/g of spores) was supplemented at 150 g/t, 200 g/t, 250 g/t and 300 g/t based on control diet for group U to group V respectively, the trail was split into 7-d-old to 28-d-old stage and 29-d-old to 56-d-old stage, lasted for 49 days totally. The results showed that F/G was significantly decreased ( - 8. 52%) of group 5, compared with the control group(P< 0. 01) , the metabolic rate of CP was 80. 77%, significantly improved 9. 50%(F< 0.01), 4.00% (P< 0.05), 2. 51% (P> 0.05) and 2.40% (P> 0.05), compared with group Ⅰ- Ⅳ. The availiability of DM and AME were not affected by the dietary supplementation of Bacillus preparations, apparent metabolic rate of Asp, Thr, Ala, Cys, Val, Met and Pro were significantly improved by adding 300 g/t probiotic to diets(P< 0. 05). It was concluded that supplement of 300 g/t Bacillus preparations improved the growth performace and the availability of CP and AA.%研究旨在探讨日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂对黄羽内鸡生长性能及养分利用率的影响.将375羽黄羽肉鸡随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复25只鸡,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ~V组分别在基础日粮中添加150 g/t、200 g/t、250 g/t和300 g/t芽孢杆菌制剂,试验分为7~28日龄和29~56日龄两个阶段,共49 d.结果显示:与对照组相比,试验V组肉鸡料重比降低8.52%,差异显著(P<0.05);其粗蛋白表观代谢率为80.77%,比试验Ⅰ~Ⅳ组分别高了9.50%(P<0.01)、4.00% (P<0.05)、2.51%(P>0.05)和2.40%(P>0.05),对干物质和表观代谢能无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮添加300 g/t的芽孢杆菌制剂还可显著提高天冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、胱氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸和脯氨酸的表观代谢率(P<0.05).结果表明,日粮中添加芽孢杆菌制剂可提高黄羽肉鸡生长性能、粗蛋白和氨基酸的利用率,且以添加300 g/t为最佳.
