大学生阳光体育运动实施方案的构建与有效开展——以华南农业大学为例

摘要

This paper gave a comprehensive analysis of the current developing situation and major problems based on the investigation of the general development of sunshine sports in domestic universities and colleges, and an in- troduction to the construction and development of the sunshine sports program combined with the implementing sit- uation of sunshine sports program in South China Agricultural University, gave a description of the executive pro- gram which consisted of five - leveled organization, sunshine sports operating mechanism with four simultaneously developing steps, evaluation method with five scoring items and evaluation management system. The program being constructed could effectively promote the sustainable development of sunshine sports in terms of management and implementation. It is worthy of being popularized in that it can lead more students to take part in physical exer-cise.%本文通过对国内普通高校开展阳光体育运动状况的调研,综合分析目前阳光体育运动开展状况及存在的主要问题,结合华南农业大学阳光体育运动的实施情况,介绍了阳光体育运动实施方案的构建与开展。描述了五个层面的组织机构、四级并举的阳光体育活动运行机制、五项考核计分的考评办法,以及考评管理系统等在内的实施方案。构建的实施方案从管理层面、活动开展层面上对阳光体育运动的持续开展起到积极的促进作用,可以引导更多的学生参加体育锻炼,值得推广。
