In order to seek effective ways of P.E.curriculum teaching intervention in improving college disadvantageous group of students’constitution,this study makes an experiment research on students who choose special P.E.class in Shijiazhuang Tiedao University with the methods of experiment,contrastive analysis and mathematical statistics.According to students’constitution,we divide them into different groups and set teaching goals;and according to their actual situation,we arrange exercise prescription and establish scientific and reasonable teaching mode.By comparing and analyzing the experiment data of stature,weight,lung capacity, standing long jump,step -test,obesity rates and coordinate ability,the paper verifies factors influencing P.E. curriculum teaching intervention on students’constitution and health level.Thus,the paper comes up with the conclusion that the intervention can effectively promote disadvantageous group of students’constitution as well as suggestions.%为探求高校体育课程教学干预对提高体质弱势群体学生体质的有效途径,本研究运用实验法、对比分析法、数理统计法对石家庄铁道大学选修特型课的学生进行了实验研究。按选课学生的体质进行分组,设定教学目标,根据学生的实际情况安排运动处方,建立科学合理的课程教学模式。通过身高、体重、肺活量、立定跳远、台阶实验、肥胖比例、协调能力等实验数据的前后比较分析,验证体育课程教学干预对学生体质健康水平的影响因素,从而得出,有效改善体质弱势群体学生体质的结论和建议。
