社会冲突论视角下高校武术教学师生关系研究

             

摘要

College martial arts teachers and students are of common interest community.However,conflicts between teachers and students in teaching practice have always existed.From the perspective of social conflict theory,root of conflicts between teachers and students reveal in four aspects:uneven distribution of material resources;inconsistent intangible values,ways of realizing interests,transfer and release of conflicts.Moreover, conflicting is a continuous process of occurring,relieving and reoccurring.Conflicts can not only destroy but also improve the relationship between teachers and students.A careful analysis of the root,process and function of conflict will promote the teaching effect of college martial arts and improve teacher -student relationship.%高校武术教师与学生本是利益一致的师生共同体,然教学实践中的师生冲突却始终存在。从社会冲突论的视角看,师生冲突的根源表现在四方面,即物质性资源分配不均、非物质性价值观不一致、利益诉求的手段、冲突的转移释放等。而且,冲突是一个发生、缓解、复生持续不断的过程。冲突不但能够破坏师生关系,还会改善师生关系。认真分析冲突的根源、过程、功能,将会优化高校武术教学的效果和促进师生关系的改善。
