为了解决车辆怠速时因方向盘的抖动给驾驶员不愉快的触感问题,以某款车型的转向系统为例,对其固有频率进行分析,通过优化横梁上转向系统安装结构的方法,避免转向系统与发动机怠速时固有频率的重叠,从而起到降低方向盘抖动的效果。%In order to solve the problem that driver felt unpleasant caused by steering wheel wobbling when vehicle idling,taking the steering system of a car as example,its natural frequency was analyzed,through optimizing the mounting structure of the beam pipe,the nat-ural frequency of the steering system was avoid to overlap with the engine idling frequency.Then the steering wheel wobbling effect was reduced.
