Objective To investigate the leakage of bone cement in vertebroplasty surgery . Methods From October 2007 to December 2012 PVP or PKP were performed on 125 cases of vertebral compression fractures , of which cement leakage occurred in 26 cases. Analysis was made of the reasons for the leakage of bone cement. Results Cement leakage was related to many factors , intraoperative puncture, injection, indication for preoperative vertebral assessment , skilled and accurate operative imaging monitoring . Conclusion Immediately relieve pain. Although the complications of vertebroplasty cement leakage will bring a lot of problems ,but its application to vertebral compression fractures has the advantages of immediate pain relief , early ambulation, fewer complications , which should be further studied to promote the application.%目的 探讨椎体成形术术中骨水泥渗漏原因分析及防治策略.方法 分析2007年10月-2012年12月在该科行PVP或PKP的125例椎体压缩骨折其中26例出现骨水泥渗漏患者的临床资料,分析骨水泥渗漏原因.结果 骨水泥渗漏与很多因素相关,从术前的病椎情况评估到术中的穿刺、注射,适应证选择,熟练准确的手术操作,完善的影像学监测等.结论 尽管椎体成形术的骨水泥渗漏等并发症会带来诸多问题,但应用在椎体压缩性骨折中具有立刻止痛、早下床活动,减少长期卧床带来其他并发症等明显优势,应该深入研究以便更广泛的推广应用.
