不同产地苦茶槭嫩芽清除自由基活性比较研究

         

摘要

Young shoots of Acer ginnala contain strong radical scavengers. They are the main raw material for pro⁃duction of the traditional Gao-Cha tea in Anhui province. To compare the radical scavenging activity of the trees from different places of Anhui province, 5 sample sites e.g. Huangshan, Wanfaoshan, Longyashan, Huoshan and Dashushan were selected, and 5 representative trees were selected from each sample sites. Difference analy⁃sis of scavenging activity against DPPH radicals of samples from the trees showed that there were no significant differences between the 5 sample sites. This means the production place of the raw meterial is not the main fac⁃tor for radical scavenging activity of the Gao-Cha tea. This studies showed also that the radical scavenging activi⁃tyies of the 25 trees were not the same. There was 9.7% radical scavenging activity difference between the stron⁃gest and the weakest fresh samples. This means there is great potential for high active individual tree selection.%  苦茶槭嫩芽是安徽传统皋茶生产的主要原料,含有很强的具清除自由基作用的活性物质。为了研究比较安徽省内不同产地的苦茶槭嫩芽清除自由基的活性,分别在黄山、万佛山、琅琊山、霍山和大蜀山各选择5株具代表性的苦茶槭树进行采样分析,结果发现5个采样点的苦茶槭嫩芽对DPPH自由基的清除作用活性差异不显著,表明在安徽省内,原料产地不是影响皋茶清除自由基活性的主要因素。研究还发现不同供试单株的自由基清除率有较大差异,在25株采样单株中,其活性最强的单株鲜样清除自由基活性比最弱者强9.7%,表明高活性单株选择具有较大潜力。
