SYSMEX XT-1800i血细胞分析仪复检规则的探讨和评估

摘要

在国际血液学41条复检规则的基础上,利用Sysmex XT-1800i的报警系统,自定血细胞分析复检规则.对3268例门诊和住院病人的标本进行全自动血细胞分析,并根据复检规则和报警信同时涂片镜检,观察全血细胞数量和形态学变化,比较二者的结果.验证结果显示,血液病理细胞无漏检现象.合理适用的血细胞分析复检规则可以提高真阳性率,降低假阴性率,既可保证工作质量又可提高工作效率.%On the basis of the 41 review criteria of the international hematology, to establish the review criteria of blood cell analysis with SYSMEX XT-1800i alarm system . Automated blood cell analysis of 3268 cases of outpatient and inpatient specimens and smear microscopy according to the review criteria and alarm letter, observe the whole blood cell count and morphology and compare the two results. The results showed that blood pathological cell without undetected phenomenon. Reasonably applicable review criteria of the blood cell analysis can increase the true positive rate and reduce the false negative rate, not only guarantee the quality of their work but also improve work efficiently.
