基于动力学的齿轮传动系统动载系数计算方法

         

摘要

The bend-torsion model of the straight gear was built in the dynamic way. The manufacturing error and mounting error were changed to the line of contacting by using the theory for equivalent of meshing error. According to the dynamic method, the dynamic analytic model was built. The gear dynamic behavior was studied and the relationship between error and meshing stiffness was analyzed. Analysis showes that, when the error of gear is increasing, the gear dynamic loading is increasing and the dynamic factor is bigger than before, when the gear meshing stiffness is increasing, the dynamic factor is decreasing. So decreasing the gear error and increasing the gear meshing stiffness are the way of dropping the dynamic load and dynamic factor.%从动力学的角度建立直齿轮传动系统的弯-扭动力学模型。运用当量啮合误差原理将齿轮的制造误差和安装误差转换到啮合线上,并建立系统的微分方程组。计算直齿轮传动系统的动载系数并分析误差及齿轮啮合刚度对齿轮传动系统动载系数的影响。分析表明:齿轮的误差增加时,齿轮啮合动载荷增加,动载系数增大;当齿轮副的啮合刚度增加时,齿轮的弹性变形减小,齿轮啮合动载荷减少,动载系数降低。因此,减少齿轮的误差、提高齿轮的啮合刚度是减小齿轮动载荷,降低动载系数的方法之一。
