Cellulase of the waste material from Lentinus edodes was prepared by ultrasonic extraction, the effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and liquid-solid ratio on the activity of cellulase were studied through single factor tests and response sur-face analysis.The results showed that the optimum process parameters were obtained as follows:ultrasonic power was 500 W, ul-trasonic time was 15 min, liquid ratio was 20∶1, three validation tests under these conditions , the activity of the extracted cellu-lase was 9.61 IU/g.%以香菇菌糠为原料,采用超声浸提法制备纤维素粗酶液,通过单因素试验和响应面设计,分析了超声功率、超声时间和液料比等因素对纤维素酶浸提的影响。结果表明,香菇菌糠纤维素酶最佳提取工艺为:超声功率500 W,超声时间15 min,液料比为20∶1,在此条件下的CMC酶活力为9.61 IU/g。
