文化强国视域下国家话语能力的建构∗

摘要

国家话语能力是新时期文化强国战略和中国文化自信的重要实践命题，不但关乎国家经济利益，而且是彰显执政党执政能力的重要标志。国家话语能力提升是文化自觉与文化自信的统一，在新的时代，它又迎合了解构西方话语的客观诉求。在具体实践中，我们要把握住坚定信心、明确方向、注重细节三个导向，通过加强文化自信、回应世界诉求、把握渠道细节等对国家话语能力进行高效建构。%The national discourse competence is a cultural strategy in the new period and an important practical proposition of Chi⁃nese cultural confidence. It is not only related to the national economic interests, but also an important symbol of demonstrating the rul⁃ing power of ruling party. Exploring the necessary logic of the promoting the national discourse competence, we can find that it′s the co⁃hesion of cultural self-consciousness and cultural confidence. In the new period, it also caters to the objective demands of deconstruct⁃ing western discourse. In practice, grasp the three orientations of depending on strengthening faith, clarifying direction and focusing de⁃tails, through strengthening cultural confidence, responding the world′s appeal, grasping the channel details and so on to construct ef⁃fectively the national discourse competence.
