The initial formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics marks that China has taken a firm step in building itself into a country governed by law.When rejoicing in the great achievements made in legal construction,we should stay sober and calm to see the existing imperfections underlying the complete legal system.The fast -track legislation has caused many conflicts of laws such as unconformities,divergences,contradictions and inconsistencies,and the situation is presenting a tendency to spread.The profound challenges brought by this phenomenon are becoming the barriers and actual crises that prevent China from implementing the rule of law,for which legal scholars should pay extensive attention and conduct in -depth research.%中国特色社会主义法律体系的初步形成标志着我国建设法治中国迈出了坚实的一步，在为法制建设取得伟大成就感到欣喜的同时，我们应该清醒和冷静地看到在完整的法律制度之下仍然存在着不完善的一面，由于快速立法所导致的法律之间不一致、不衔接、相抵触、相矛盾等法律冲突的局面大量存在并呈现出蔓延和扩张之势。这一现象所带来的深刻挑战正在成为我国贯彻落实法治中国的前进障碍和现实危机，为此有必要引起我们法律学人广泛的思考和深入的研究。
