游走在德性与功利之间——关于当代中国网络政治生态及发展的思考

摘要

当代中国网络政治生态是现实社会政治生态的反映和投射.德性与功利是观察当代中国网络政治生态的两个重要维度:德性主义的观点认为,只有通过政府对社会的强力干预,才能实现社会的美德、公平和正义;功利主义的观点则从个人利益角度出发,希望政府能赋予公民以更大的自由去追求快乐和幸福.德性与功利之争,是造成当代中国不同社会阶层之间结构性紧张的重要根源.中国社会网络政治生态的良性发展应是德性与功利的结合,即趋向一种中道政治.%The political ecology of network is the reflection and projection of the political ecology of real society.Virtue and utilitarianism are two important dimensions to observe the network political ecology in contemporary China:The virtual view holds that only through the powerful intervention of the government can be realized virtue,fairness and justice of the society.From the point of view of individual interests,utilitarianism hopes that the government can grant citizens more freedom to seek pleasure and happiness.The debate between virtue and utilitarianism is an important source of division and conflict among different social strata in contemporary China.The benign development of the political ecology of Chinese social network should be the combina-tion of virtue and utility,that is,a kind of politics of the mean.
