摘要

Along with the rapid development of the market competition environment, more and more companies are paying attention to the solution of the production line balancing problem. On the basis of this, new and high technology develops rapidly, enterprise production mode changes. The enterprise that has high automation equipment makes the production process of working hours stable gradually, it is more accurate for enterprise to formulate production enterprise system and implement standardized management.  In addition, making full use of high efficiency, high production equipment can make the whole assembly line production efficiency improved, and how to shorten the production cycle time and making the whole production line synchronous is very serious for enterprise. Production line balancing rate is the quantitative index of production , it is used to evaluate the discretion of assembly line balance.  Combining with the enterprise production status, I find that the problem mainly comes from the production line balance. According to the study, industrial engineering technology is one of the most effective ways to solve the product line balance problem and plays a large role in analysis and improvement of the balance. First, I introduce the theory of the production line balancing, the important factors of influencing production line balancing. Second, I analyze the basic means and methods of the Industrial Engineering and the theory about learning curve, x-σ control chart. Third, according to the basic theory of Industrial Engineering, I defined the way to improve the production line balancing. The end, I reveal the relationship of a balanced production, the quality and production efficiency and points out that the production line balancing is the one of the important methods for enterprise to design production procedure and standard operation. The solutions to the problem are:  1、apply theory about learning curve and combine with the actual production condition (off-season/season), improve the cycle time in time (such as: working hour of new employees and skilled workers is different).  2、 use x-σ control chart, measure the cycle time again.  3、 combine with program analysis, adjust work content and distribution about D type bread.  4、apply the method of man-machine operation. Analyze the ratio to man and equipment and reason, then increase the equipment or fine some people.
