高中生英语学习自主性与班级活力的相关性研究

摘要

过去的二十多年中，“学习者自主”成为外语教学研究领域的一个热门课题，以学习者为中心的教学理念已经越来越受到重视。资料显示，国内外学者进行了大量的有关外语自主学习的研究和探索，现有的大部分研究都倾向将自主学习定义为学习者独立学习，但对学习者所在班级活力与其英语自主学习水平之间的相关性研究还很少。
　　Dornyei和Malderez将群体动力理论应用于英语教学中，认为群体凝聚力高、有积极规范的班级，会对学习者学习外语产生积极的影响，比如学习动机，学习效能感等。本论文主要运用群体动力理论中的群体凝聚力和群体规范对高中生进行研究，旨在探究班级活力与高中生英语学习自主性的相关性。主要包括以下几个问题的研究:(1)高中学生班级活力及英语自主学习的现状;(2)班级活力与英语学习自主性是否存在相关性;(3)高中学生对班级活力与自主学习之间关系的认识。
　　本次研究对两个班的学生进行了问卷调查。问卷结果表明班级活力与英语自主学习存在一定的相关性。随后作者从每个班随机选出5位同学进行了访谈，了解其对群体与自主学习关系的认识。访谈结果证实，大部分高中生认为班级活力会影响自身的英语学习自主性，与问卷调查结果基本一致。
　　本论文通过研究，发现班级活力与学习者英语学习自主性存在正相关，群体凝聚力高、有积极规范的班级，会对学习者英语学习自主性产生积极的影响，反之，则会使学习者英语学习自主性水平降低。作者希望此次研究能够为教育工作者，尤其是高中英语教师营造良好的班级活力方面提供一些启迪，以促进学生英语学习自主性。
