摘要

第一章:采采蝇中肠特异表达的基因克隆与分子鉴定.采有蝇(Glossinidae morsitans morsitans)多见于中非及东非,是非洲锥虫病(牲畜),从而严重危害了人民的身体健康并阻碍了农业的发展.该篇论文克隆和分析了两个来源于采采蝇中肠(midugt)的、编码丝氨酸蛋白酶(serine protease)的基因:Glossina丝氨酸蛋白酶-1(Gspl)和Glossina丝氨酸蛋白酶-2(Gsp2).第二章:采采蝇脂肪体特异表达的几丁质酶基因克隆及其功能表达.科学工作者已经克隆了在昆虫幼早蜕皮过程中起作用的几丁质酶(chitinase).然后,只在昆虫脂肪体(fat body)内表达的几丁质酶却未见报道.该文克隆及分子鉴定了一个独特的几丁质酶基因--GChitl.GChitl只在采有蝇脂肪体内特异表达,全长为1551bp,编码的蛋白由460个氨基酸组成,分子量为51kDa.
