摘要:From 1 day-old to 25 day-old adults of house fly , Musca domestica ( Diptera : Muscidae ), 7 groups were chosen and at the temperature of 25℃ ( RH 45% ~ 55% ), the flight capacity ( FC ) were measured in flight mills. In view of Accumulative Flight Distance ( AFDi ), both male and female shows 2 peaks of flight capacity on 9 day-old and 17 day-old.In view of Accumulative Flight Duration ( AFDu ), the male represents 1 peak of flight capacity on 17 day-old, and the female represents 2 peaks of flight capacity on 5 day-old and 17 day-old. In view of Average of Flight Velocity ( AFV ), both sexes show a valley on 5 day-old and keep high levels on 9, 13 and 17 day-old. The result shows prior to 5 day-old, male adults are greatly weaker than female in same day-old. From 9 day-old to 17 day-old, FC of house fly adults is in high level except the 13 day-old adults. According to AFDi of each takeoff or AFDu of each takeoff, the lowest of FC occurs at 21 day-old in male, and at 25 day-old in female; FC at 1 dav-old is remarkably lower than that at 5 day-old both in female andmale; in male the summit of FC occurs at 17 day-old, and the sub-summit of FC occurs at 9 day-old. According to AFV,both in male and female, FC at 5 day-old is lowest; FC with summit occurs at 9 day-old in male, but 2 summits of FC occur at 9 day-old and 17 day-old in female. Only according to AFDi, summit of FC in female occurs at 9 day-old, and subsummit occurs on 17 day-old. The result shows that in both sexes the AFDi of 17 day-old adult is different with that of both day-old and 21 day-old in extreme siginicance ( F( 0.01 ) = 3. 05 > F( 6. 102 = 2. 99 ). The result also shows that the AFV of males is different with that of females significantly ( F( 0.05 ) = 4. 61 > F( 1. 108 ) = 3. 93 ).%25℃条件下(RH 45%~55%),对家蝇驯化种群1~25日龄的7个日龄组的雌、雄成虫进行吊飞研究,从累计飞行距离看,雌、雄成虫均为双峰型,在9日龄和17日龄,飞行机能分别达到2个高峰.从累计飞行时间看,雄虫为单峰型,在17日龄达到高峰,雌虫为双峰型,在5日龄和17日龄飞行机能达到高峰.从平均飞行速度来看,雌、雄成虫均在5日龄出现1个最低值,在9、13、17日龄,飞行机能处于高水平.综合来看,发现5日龄以前雄虫的飞行能力远不如雌虫;9~17日龄家蝇飞行机能维持在较高水平;17日龄后飞行机能显著衰退.从累计飞行距离和累计飞行时间来看,雄虫飞行机能的最弱期发生在21日龄,雌虫发生在25日龄;1日龄的飞行机能不论雌、雄均不如5日龄;雄虫的飞行机能高峰值发生在17日龄,9日龄为第2峰值.从平均飞行速度来看,不论雌、雄,家蝇成虫飞行机能在5日龄均为最弱,甚至弱于21日龄;雄虫的飞行机能最高峰出现在第9日龄,雌虫的最高峰同时出现在第9日龄和第17日龄.单从累计飞行距离来看,雌虫的飞行机能高峰值发生在9日龄,17日龄为第2峰值.统计分析结果显示,家蝇累计吊飞飞行距离在17日龄组与1日龄组和21日龄组间均有极其显著的差异(F(0.01)=3.05>F(6,102)=2.99);吊飞飞行速度在雌、雄不同性别间有显著的差异(F(0.05)=4.61>F(1,108)=3.93).
