关于在英语课堂中有效培养跨文化意识的研究

摘要

语言与文化密切相关,外语学习实际上是一种文化学习,要学好外语就必须了解目的语文化,尤其要熟悉本族语与目的语文化之间的差异。因此,外语教学不仅是培养听、说、读、写、译等基本技能,更重要的是要进行文化教学,让学生了解所学语言的文化背景,培养跨文化意识。
　　 培养学生跨文化意识有助于学生更好地掌握和运用英语,使他们认识到英语学习同时也是文化学习,只有这样才能学会该语言,否则,学的只是一种非他非我的准语言。
　　 本文通过语言与文化的关系及对英语学习中常见的由于文化差异引起的问题进行分析,并通过测试英语学习者在经过有意识地培养其对于文化意识及英语文化背景知识前后的掌握情况分析,阐述了在英语教学中培养跨文化意识的重要性,总结归纳了通过制定培养跨文化意识的基本目标,应注意遵循的原则,基本内容,如何有效地培养跨文化意识的方法。
