礼貌原则视角下《老友记》中模糊限制语的研究

摘要

模糊性是现实世界的基本特征和常规现象。语言作为客观反映现实世界的表达方式，必然会带有模糊性。模糊限制语是表现语言模糊性的重要方式之一，其频繁地出现在人们的言语交际中引起了语言学学者的关注与研究。
　　 本文通过分析美国情景喜剧《老友记》中的日常人物会话，阐述模糊限制语的语用功能，及从礼貌原则视角分析模糊限制语在《老友记》日常会话中的使用。本文主要研究以下三个方面:1、模糊限制语的概念、分类及其语用特征。2、模糊限制语在礼貌原则视角下的语用功能。3、不同类别的模糊限制语在《老友记》不同人物对话场景中体现的礼貌原则。
　　 本文使用统计软件AntConc3.2.4对以《老友记》1-10季的剧本（共823，537个词）建立起的微型语料库进行定量分析。经过数据的统计，本文得出该语料库中不同类别模糊限制语的出现频率，并发现其影响会话进程的积极作用。
　　 通过分析研究，本文有以下三个发现:1、模糊限制语改变话语的真实程度及涉及范围或是将话语内容来源进行转变，使得话语信息在传达时能够尽量得体并避免误会产生。2、礼貌原则与模糊限制语拥有共同的语用功能，即保证会话顺利的进行以及体现会话过程中礼貌、和谐的氛围。3、面对不同人物角色时，说话者采取不同类别的模糊限制语表达意见或阐述观点时，都能对礼貌原则中各个原则的体现发挥辅助及推进作用。
