汉语话语标记语“当然”的功能研究

摘要

话语标记语是一种常见的语言现象。虽然，现有的研究对这一领域的诸多问题，如话语标记语的定义，分类，特点和功能等方面都还未形成统一的研究方法和理论。但对于话语标记语的研究已经成为近年来语言学研究的一个新课题。然而，相对于西方语言学界的研究成果，近年来虽然出现了一些对汉语话语标记语的功能研究，但是大多数研究都缺乏系统的理论基础。而且，对于汉语中的一些小词，如话语标记语“当然”等的具体功能的系统研究还相对较少。 本文主要借助北大汉语言研究中心现代汉语及古代汉语语料库的检索结果，通过对话语标记语“当然”在具体的语言使用过程中的研究分析了其作为话语标记语所具有的主要的语义和句法特点。文章以Halliday的语言的元功能理论为基础，重点分析了话语标记语“当然”的语篇功能，人际功能以及其语用功能。 在汉语中，作为话语标记语，“当然”的功能受到其语义变化及特点的影响。它不仅具有表达说话人或作者的评判，态度等的功能，同时，它也具有其它的重要功能。在语言的人际，语篇和语用层面都具有不容忽视的重要作用。文章在分析了大量的语言实例的基础上，对话语标记语“当然”的人际意义作了分析，并着重分析了“当然”的语篇功能：即，语篇连贯的动能，限定功能，信息接续的功能，突显的功能及话题转换的功能。文章最后也对话语标记语“当然”的语用功能也做了初步的探索，指出其在不同的语境中所标示的语言使用者不同的语用意识和语用功能。 这篇文章总共分为六个部分：第一章是引言，简单介绍了话语标记语的相关信息及文章的布局安排；第二章是文献综述部分，是作者对中外话语标记语的相关研究成果及相关概念的一个简要回顾和介绍；第三章作者对文章的理论基础及理论相关的重要概念作了介绍，同时，也对文章的框架，包括作者的假设，以及基于假设所提出的研究问题，研究方法及可能得出的结论作了阐述；第四章和第五章是文章的主要内容，是作者对本文的研究对象，即，汉语话语标记“当然”的具体功能的全面探索和分析；最后一部分是结束语，概述了文章的主要发现及研究价值，同时，也指出了其局限性，为进一步的研究提供了可能。通过这样一种个案的研究，作者旨在提醒我们对汉语话语标记语的重视，同时，作者也期望这种功能研究也能够丰富对汉语话语标记语研究，也为研究汉语中其它标记语的功能提供了一些借鉴。
