PURPOSE: A system and a method for displaying Chinese pronunciation by Korean phonetic symbols including a fixed symbol showing a Chinese tone and a system and a method for marking Chinese pronunciation and Chinese tone by Korean phonetic symbols are provided to add a fixed symbol to a thing in which Chinese pronunciation is expressed by Koreans, thereby expressing a Chinese tone. CONSTITUTION: A selecting device(300) selects a Chinese which a user wants to express among arranged Chinese characters. When the user selects a Chinese character, a display unit(500) displays at least one of a Chinese character, a pinyin of the Chinese character, and Korean pronunciation of the Chinese character. The Chinese character comprises a fixed symbol showing a tone saved in a database matched with the Chinese character. The Korean phonetic symbol comprises a fixed symbol showing the tone.
