摘要

This article examined the antecedents and consequences of employees’ perceived fit by using Questionnaire of Person-Organization Fit including seven indicators derived from both supplementary and complementary fit. Survey data were collected from 157 employees of high-tech organizations. Results differentiated two types within P-O fit, and indicated some useful findings on P-O fit in perspectives of employees’ biographical characters and attitudinal/behavioral outcomes.
