Stiremos is an expanded version of an earlier vehicle simulation tire model designed for the full range of operating conditions (slip, camber, normal load) on both paved and off-road surfaces. Within a vehicle dynamics simulation tire model parameter sets can be changed dynamically to reflect the local operating condition of each tire. This paper summarizes the general tire model . structure, data sources, parameter identification and model fits to tire test data.
