Strengthen Popular Science Construct Science Facility Make Songshan mountain better protection and cooperation

1 Survey of Mt. Songshan World Songshan Global Geopark is in Dengfeng city which located at the middle west of Henan province. The total area of geopark is 464 square kilometers. The geographic coordinates is east longitude 112°56'07"～113°11'32"degree and north latitude 34°23'31"～34°35'53". As the geopark lies at southern part of the north temperate zone, it belongs continental monsoon climate. The four seasons are distinct, neither so cold nor hot. Under good climate it has lots of animals and plant lives though geopark located at middle low mountains. Now, the percentage of forest cover is 26.1% , materal plants reaches 338 kinds, fruit plants reaches 89 kinds, medical plants 1046 kinds. And also has a part of first-grade and second-grade State protect wildlife.
