Method for forming of the plan for distribution of applications for information provision in the information system

In this paper the information system is a set of hardware and software that provide storage, transmission, processing of information, and information technology processes. In the context of the complexity of information technology, the control task in the modern information system becomes one of the most important. At the same time it is necessary to ensure the functioning of an information system with specified performance indicators under conditions of mass perturbations. One of the main tasks of controlling the functioning of the information system is the task of controlling parameters that characterize the functioning of the system. This task can be solved through the development of special procedures for the forming the plan for the distribution of applications for the provision of information services. The plan for the distribution of applications for information provision of officials is formed at each of the points on which these officials are located. In this paper, a method is presented for the formation of the plan for the distribution of applications for the provision of information in the information system, which allows changing the order of the transfer direction of applications to specific nodes providing information services, depending on the quality of service of previous applications.
