On College Teachers' Role Shift and Qualification Demand in the Information Age

摘要

With the rapid development and prevalence of information technology, it's easy to get information and knowledge for students from outside, so teacher is not the only source any more, which requests teachers to update their educational views, to improve their qualification and to change their roles. We propose that teacher should be the designer and operator of courses, director, accelerator, helper and cooperator in students' learning.
