摘要

The trust relationship of members in leader's internal network is especially important for leaders. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the impact of leader-oriented informal social behavior on leader's internal network trust. The leader's informal social behavior was defined as active subordinate consultation and initiative friends making with subordinates. Based on the social information processing theory, a leader-team model was raised. Empirical studies of 174 leaders and 727 subordinates from 80 teams had shown that leader's informal social behavior could contribute to the formation of his/her internal trust network.
