摘要

This paper takes online education as the research background and takes instructional interaction as the research foothold. We draw on the mature customer satisfaction index model such as American Customer Satisfaction Index Model. Based on the ACSI model, we analyze the relevant factors of teaching interaction and try to find the influencing factors and construct the influence factors model of online interaction. In the next stage of research, our team will use methods such as questionnaires and data analysis to update the model and evaluate the quality of online learning.
