Alkaline protease was immobilized with Magnetic chitosan microspheres compound with Fe3O4 and chitosan,glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent.Watching and analysising its appearance and structural properties,the results showed that:it had good Spherical appearance,its size increasing from 15 to 20 nm after immobilized; Fe3O4 was surround by chitosan well analyzed with FTIR; it had full crystal structure and good ability of magnetic responsivenes and super magnetism before and after immobilization.The optimum pH of immobilized enzyme is 10,optimum temperature is 60°C,operational stability of the immobilized enzyme is better.Furthermore,the enzyme activity of immobilized enzyme is only reduced by 40% after used five cycles.
