Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and its polymeric composites have been extensively studied in recent years due to their outstanding piezoelectricity and dielectric property.~(1,2) Inorganic/organic systems concerning PVDF material, such as PZT/PVDF, metal particle/PVDF and graphite/PVDF, have also been reported regarding their distinct dielectric properties that possess great potential in a variety of microelectronic devices for storing charges and transforming energies.
