The present invention relate to poly(vinylidene fluoride) nanocomposite scaffolds for cell culture with excellent cell deposition and proliferation capacities and superior physical performance, which is produced by mixing poly(vinylidene fluoride) as a piezoelectric polymer with carbon nanotubes, directly producing a film from the mixture and subjecting the film to elongation and polarization to maximize a piezoelectric beta-phase content; or by electospinning poly(vinylidene fluoride) to primarily increase a piezoelectric property of the poly(vinylidene fluoride), and subjecting the produced film to elongation and polarization to maximize a piezoelectric beta-phase content. The present invention also relates to a method of producing the same. The nanocomposite scaffolds for cell culture according to the present invention exhibit superior cell deposition and proliferation capacities and excellent piezoelectric property and physical property as scaffolds, can be easily coated on an inside wall of a cell culture container, and contains no compound harmful to human body, does not require a post-treatment purification step, and is produced by a simple process due to absence of other chemical process.
