Four Innovative Education management Systems for Qualified Innovative Talents

摘要

Technological development in coal engineering has set new requirements to higher education in nurturing innovative talents. Taking into considerations of the students' growth curves, the innate requirements of innovation and the development path of the industry, the school of Energy and Security, of Anhui University of Science and Technology has introduced four innovative education systems that focus on fostering interests, training, quality development and achievements. The four innovative systems, namely on-line supervision, off-line practice, quality building and research support, have received broad support and made considerable difference.
