Performance appraisal is diverted from results to behaviors. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a classic theory of Behavior appraisal. In this paper, the conception, effects to organizations, construct and rating sources choice of Organizational Ctizenship Behavior are reviewed, and lastly some suggestions for the future research are proposed.
