Based on the existing study of domestic and international management theory and a variety of psychological motivation theory, principles of incentive based on the psychological contract have been presented in order to effectively mobilize creativity and enthusiasm of employees to improve the company's cohesion and centripetal force, we should apply proper ways or approaches of incentives to establish incentive system of the employees under the new situation, starting from the employee's psychological thinking and enhancing innovative consciousness and sense of ownership in order to enhance the company's core competitiveness, thus ensuring the company's sustainable development.
