GLOBALIZATION, FACULTIES EFFICIENCY AND STUDENTS LEARNING AT UNIVERSITIES IN THE ARAB WORLD.

Globalization has economic, cultural social and political dimensions. These are relevant, particularly for people working in universities because of the impact on the quality of student universities seek to graduate. Universities major role regarding globalization is to provide qualified personnel, support the legal system, and develop the society intellectual and cultural foundation.Therefore, the future of universities mainly depends on what they provide to students and society.In the Arab world, university gradates are provided with excessive quantities of literature in their majors, and little or even no real practice in addition to theories so that they can work in different locations and/ or countries. Therefore this paper attempts to shed light on the efficacy of university faculties in the Arab world in order to bring up qualified students capable of dealing with the changing society in light of global changes.
