Research on the Relationship Between Reading Models and English Reading Comprehension

摘要

Based on Reading Comprehension Theory and the three Reading Approaches,the author made an investigation into the application of the three Reading Approaches in reading comprehension. The subjects were 73 non-English majors. The results of quantitative and qualitative analyses showed that there was a significant difference in the application of the three Reading Approaches in reading comprehension and the difference was correlated with students' reading abilities.
