The key point of the creative qualities in education lies in the teachers who are engaged in native language teaching. These teachers should first be qualified with corresponding characters in the aspects listed below: the humane accomplishment, the eastern culture, the strategic conceptions about innovative education, the psychological quality, and the lifelong study.
