Transparent electrodes have played an important role in the continued development of optoelectronic technology. In recent years, there has been great interest in developing innovative transparent electrodes to replace conventional indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes, which are difficult to manufacture and are not flexible. Transparent electrodes based on metal mesh are considered one of the best candidates due to inherently low electrical resistance, optical transparency, and high flexibility. In this study, we describe a facile method for fabricating fine metal mesh on a flexible transparent polymer. Micro-pattern with a line width less than 5 urn were formed by selective plating process using UV irradiation.
