This text proposes a new practice mode of "entering the famous factory, visiting the great teacher, reserving a post and practice" in the nonmetallic materials specialty undergraduate course of practical education. The mode pads attention to cooperating the practice base, guiding the construction of the teaching body and encouraging innovation. In the past few years, reform in education has received very good effect. With the help of the new practice mode, students form good studying habits of integrating theory with practice, improve the ability of practice.
