Restoring urban streams in atlanta: metro atlanta urban watersheds initiative

The Metro Atlanta Urban Watersheds Initiative is a stakeholder driven process that will produce a Watershed Improvement Guidance Document. the Guidance Document will give information to communities and governmental agencies on the current state of the urban streams, pollution sources, alternatives for improvements and guidance on implementation. To develop this documnet, information on habitat, biotic integrity and water quality was gathered and impacts ont he watersheds were assessed.
