RECYCLING: A WAY OUT OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS?

I am delighted to once again welcome the participants of the 12th International Automobile Recycling Congress in Budapest. I certainly hope that besides the professional gains of last year's conference, another reason for your return is the hospitality that you have encountered. Please allow me to get slightly personal. There are few things that have remained unchanged since last year. One is that green economic development is still a top priority policy field for my government and me. Another fact is that I am still acting as vice president of the Sustainable Development Committee in the Hungarian National Assembly. Finally, a third such fact is that I still do not know half as much about your industry than what I would like to know.
