Comprehensive Quantitative and Structural Analysis of Permethylated N-glycan using PGC-LC-MS/MS

This is the first report of successful separation of permethylated glycan on PGC column by utilizing proper gradient condition and column temperatur. Combining retention time and MS/MS spectra facilitates the structural elucidation of isomers. Robustness of PGC packing material enables the use of drastic chromatographic conditions that enables effective separation (e.g.: high temperature, high flow rate).
