摘要

This paper explores affective responses of employees to an organizational buyout offer. Environmental factors and individual differences are proposed to influence how employees perceive a buyout offer. Personality variables such as work attitudes and behaviors and environmental cues that help employees to interpret and respond to buyout offers are discussed.
